Primate Cinema: Apes as Family

Primate Cinema: Apes as Family is an original drama made expressly for chimpanzees which premiered in front of an actual chimpanzee audience. The drama-for-chimps follows an urban female chimp, played by an actor in an animatronic costume, who meets a group of wild foreigners.

Gila 2.0

Gila 2.0: Warding Off the Wolf is a response to the grievance that wolf depredations are the cause of widespread livestock loss and intense emotional stress among the Gila’s rural populations.

Introducing ‘the Original’ Lobo Louie

We were looking for any signs of lobos, to see what we could learn about the critically endangered Mexican gray wolves, of which there are only 58 left alive outside of confinement.

Sound Colony

Sound Colony functions as an acoustic chamber, a human-scaled portal into the communicative modes that connect the world of the hive with the practice of beekeeping.

The work featured samples of micro-greens and basil grown onboard, and rinsed clean on site.
