Samantha Younghans-Haug is the events & public programs director as well as the exhibitions coordinator for the Beall Center for Art + Technology, University of California at Irvine. She holds bachelors in Fine Art from UC Santa Cruz, with a minor in Economics, along with extensive training in early childhood development. Samantha has produced several community programs, events and workshops in California for both adults and children, and hosts the OC Mini Maker Faire at UC Irvine. Over the past twenty-five years Samantha has been involved with art institutions and science centers throughout California as a docent, art educator, and events coordinator. Samantha looks for innovative methods to engage the community, and is always interested in developing collaborations with new partners for future public programs and events.
