Ox is a Research Assoc. Prof. at UNM, music, , and a PhD candidate at the School of Design at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Au. Her research is how conceptual metaphor and blending theories apply to the domains of science, design, and art. She has visualized music for over 30 years with a distinguished history of international exhibitions. She is an international co-editor of Leonardo, and was co-director of Scientists/Artists Research Collaborations at ISEA13.
